We pride ourselves on the quality of our fabric and manufacturing processes and your satisfaction is of great concern to us. ​ Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, hygiene liners / all tags intact, no signs of wear or wash. Please no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains, & in the original condition you received. We reserve the right to soley define and limit, refuse and/or reject any merchandise sent back to us that do not follow these guidelines from any customer or entity. Please try on your swimwear over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner All returns need to be made within 10 days of receiving your merchandise with proof of purchase. Start by getting in touch at sales@epta-wear.com, you will receive a response within 24-48 business hour. We have the following options available: Full Priced Items: Store Credit Sale Items/Gift Cards : Gift Cards, Sale and Discounted items are final sale Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for return you can return the item and then repurchase once your refund or credit has been issued. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns, any shipping fees will be payable by the customer
